Materials adapted to baked dairy products

When dairy products are baked in a traditional oven, glass and aluminium are solid materials well adapted to the baking process.

Polypropylene (PP) may also be used provided the quality selected resists the high baking temperature of the process.

When the dairy products are baked in the microwave oven, plastic materials are preferable.

Materials adapted to unbaked dairy products

If the dairy products are not baked, plastic is particularly well adapted.

It is particularly interesting for economical reasons compared to glass or aluminium.
